Why? Everything that Luleå Tekniska Universitet provided was perfect. It was value-for-money and all that I could ask for in an exchange program.
Personal comments:
It was great. The committee and organization that does housing, Lulebo, was efficient and organized, making it easy to communicate with them whenever required.

Personal spending habits:
I cooked a lot because eating out was rather expensive. This helped to save a lot of money.
Food, Nightlife, Housing: was the same price as at home.
Travel, Overall, Telephone: was less expensive than at home.

Sharing food supplies such as milk and pasta with your housemates is economical and smart, especially for perishable goods.

LURC (the university's international reception committee) is great. They make transitioning from the home country to Lulea really easy.
