If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? I prefer the space of not living with lots of other students, when sharing cooking facilities, etc, become difficult.
Personal comments:

The university provides you all the informations you need. Anyway , Karenhouse is the disco inside the university , with special prices for students. Downtown there are some nice pubs and discos. Course recommendations:
Lots of courses are in english, and if the course you want to take is not, just try to ask the teacher about doing it in english. They are really helpful!

it was totally new atmosphere for me so i went out to experience things rather than to sit in. Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone: was more expensive than at home. Food, Housing: was the same price as at home.

Luleå is renound for the way it treats exchange students, there are several events/trips organised throughout the year, all of which are free! FINAL COMMENTS
