Wanted to learn the basics of the host language, but we didn't have the possibilities, there was no course in norwegian. You could speak English with everybody in the country. Keep most things like they are. It is very nice that exchange students are very well seen at university and involved in activities. Improve some courses, especially with better teachers. FINAL COMMENTS
