HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Residence
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Because, sometimes you find the wrong roomate. Specially if you are in Denmark, danish people can be very cold and intolerant.
Personal comments:
I think the accommodation is OK, The only thing I missed in my kollegiet was more "social life" and better comunications with the city center and the university, the kollegiet was pretty far from both places. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: English

Was learning English a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my English Was learning the local language a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my knowledge How much did you improve your English?
My level before: Everyday knowledge (shopping, directions, etc.) My level after: At ease in most situations How much did you improve your local language?
My level before: Basic phrases My level after: Everyday knowledge (shopping, directions, etc.) Personal comments:
My experience was that when you travel to a country that has a main language that you canīt comunicate in, itīs going to be more difficult to make friends of that country, not exchange students as you. But I understand, thatīs why I tried to learn danish as far as I could. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Personal recommendation:
They are pretty good, but people are cold, it is Danmark! FINAL COMMENTS
The ESN-board was one of the bests points to get help from. They and my mentor were my "family" at the begining. It was OK, I liked to be here, actually, I am waiting for the answer about a job here in Odense. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
