keep looking there are tons of great deals out there even when you think its to late... I lived a stone throw away from campus for less than what all my friends were paying.

There are not so many night-clubs in Kingston, but the atmosphere is amazing! Don't miss Frosh Week or Homecoming. And dont forget to travel!

Housing is cheap.
Food, Travel, Overall, Telephone: was more expensive than at home.
Nightlife, Housing: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Do not shop at A&P, they rip you off. Live close to campus, it is worth the extra rent, you will save it by not taking cabs. Try to live east of campus as opposed to west, that way you are closer to Princess (downtown).

I'd definitely encourage people to go. They have an excellent system in place for exchange students so that you're made to feel at home very quickly and all the administration is carried out quickly and without any problems.



FINAL COMMENTS

Kingston makes a great base for exploring the East Coast of Canada and the States. See as much as you can!
