A word from the school:
Sup de Co Reims has begun a process of academic renovation. To make its diplomas more easily understood in the international labour market, Sup de Co Reims has added some new diplomas to its course. After two years, students will be awarded a 'Bachelor in Management'. Students can then choose between the following : studying the normal third year leading to a 'Masters in Management'; and starting work in a company where they spend three years while at the same following a complementary distance learning programme. On completion of this programme, students gain direct access to the School's MBA by studying either one year full time or eighteen months part time.

My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
Lessons could be shorter and of more theoretical background. Use books so that people can really study. Some courses are a laugh because of low student interaction and boring lessons and easy assessment.

Personal recommendation:
Professionalisation. Increase quality of some courses and of easy exams. Let students study themselve instead of presenting everything in class. FINAL COMMENTS
The ESC Reims is not a bad school and a lot of effort is made to offer quality courses. Nevertheless, there is no study mentality present at all. Students arrive late (typically French) and prefer to do as less as possible. This is fed by the French system of sitting down, taking notes and reproducing at the exam. Although this can be quite handy or easy for a foreign student, it gets boring now and then. Reims is a nice city, only when you make it nice. That means undertaking things and making tours in its surroundings. Don't expect to much of the nightlife: prices are high and pubs close early, while the French do not really have the 'going out' mentality. They prefer to give small parties at home, or go to parties arranged by school. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
