It is really not that hard to understand people and it is really not a problem to follow courses, basic understanding in English is sufficient.

nice people, escpecially at the marketing department, but overall there are a lot of nerds, geeks. It is primarily aimed at engineering, with a few management courses to follow.

Final comments
Make sure you dont stay on campus, its terrible small en way too expensive. Buy a car, all you want to do is far from where you stay. Go travel, Troy itself is not a place you want to be during your spare time.
