Why? EASY TO COMMUTE AS THE LIVING SPACE IS VERY NEAR TO THE ACADEMIC BLOCK.ALSO , THE ACCOMMODATION IS COMFORTABLE

BECAUSE THE COST OF LIVING AND OTHER EXPENDITURES ARE FAR HIGHER IN HOST COUNTRY THAN IN HOME COUNTRY. Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Telephone: was the same price as at home.
