The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH)was founded in 1827 and is the largest of Sweden's six universitites of technology. Since 1917 KTH has been housed in central Stockholm in beautiful buildings which today have historical monument status, and associated colleges etc. are also found in various places outside Stockholm " Haninge, Kista, Södertälje and Gävle and on Gotland, Sweden's largest island.

There were a lot of chances, such as seminars, discussing after-class, to practise my English, academic or non-academic, during the study.
