Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? A perfect place to stay (if you don´t mind that the rooms are small) right in the city and only 10 minutes walking to the business department.
Personal comments:
I have no idea, since I arranged my own accomodation. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

The accessibility of student needs
Main source of funding:
Personal savings Other sources of funding:
CO-OP Work opportunities:
I didn't want/need to work Personal spending habits:
The Phone and food is a rip, otherwise I was there to have fun and get everything out of it that I could. So I spent a lot of money. Alchol is very expensive be forewarned. The food is weird in the fact that it is almost as expensive to eat in as it is to eat out. Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone: was more expensive than at home. Housing: was the same price as at home. Food: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Don't buy books, they are hard to sell and I only used two in a whole year. In Australia you can check them out at the Library. I had Internet banking and never opened an Aussie account and it worked beautifully, also if you need a large amount of cash you can get cash advances off a credit card from the Australian Post with no service fee. Anyways my bank never charged any intrest. I spent about USD$14,000 in 11 months This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
i cant think of anything off the top of my head. In my opinion:
I loved it but I'm not sure everybody would.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
The uni was alright. The students good fun. I would definitely recommmend it. FINAL COMMENTS
Well, you really can't go wrong studying abroad. I have travelled a lot so I didn't experience any culture shock or problems like that. (It was Australia too, not that different.) There were some people who really missed home and friends, etc., and had a hard time getting adjusted, but there were so many other exchange students that it was easy to find someone to relate to and help out. As for travel, I definitely recommend saving up the extra cash and allowing as much time as possible. Oz is HUGE and there it just too much to do. It can get expensive though. I went to South-East Asia as well, which was totally excellent!!! This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
