Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: A room exchange
Why? Because in France it's very difficult to simply rent an apartment. I think it's better if the exchange students exchange their rooms.
Personal comments:
SciencesPo doesn't offer any help in finding a house, so I had to do it by myself using newspapers and going to agencies.
