HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? Because you meet a lot of people, if you have questions there is always someone to ask and it is close to university.
Personal comments:
Living on campus at SFU is very good since the university has a quite remote location on a mountain outside of Vancouver This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Yes, I wanted to improve my English How much did you improve your English?
My level before: No problems in any areas (including slang) My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang) Personal comments:
Especially in Vancouver there are a lot of immigrants and international students so people with English as a second language are more the rule than the exception This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

OVERALL
Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
that the University is so far away from Vancouver downtown In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
If you want to live on Campus choose the "Townhouses". FINAL COMMENTS
SFU International is responsible for all exchange and international students and they are very helpful. Furthermore, a lot of events are organized and especially the Faculty of Business Administration is very active with the international community. Concerning travelling, I would recommend going to Vancouver Island/Victoria, Whistler, the Canadian Rockies and Seattle. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
