Why? Becuase my Uncle`s is not very far from the University. So this would have made it cheaper for me.

I think they have good housing facailities . I only happen to have a better option.

Personal comments:
Ministry of Sounds. Its within 5 minutes walk next to the University. They play very good music and the turn up is always good. Best cafe is Nados also next door. And there are plenty of chinese restuarants.
