Make sure you got insurance, and money incase of an emergency. Find out where your local blackmarket dealer is, because you'll get a better rate for your dollars. Don't bother with any other currency apart from US Dollars. And don't be afraid to haggle. It pays. There are many people doing the same thing and supply exceeds demand. Read Review

Personal assessment
Cost
KEY:
Couldn't have asked for more.
Pretty good.
Could've been better, but didn't lessen the overall experience.
Disappointing.
Facilities
Location
Cleanliness
Space
Type of housing: International Halls of Student Accommodation
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? It would be more of a challenging experience, and require you to mix even more with the locals.
Personal comments:
Its basic, but cheap. You can choose either to room share or have an individual room. The individual room are come with ensuite toliet (western toilets) and showers, fridge, TV, phone, and cleaner - you could say a basic hotel. The room share is a set up communal, and the toilets are squats.
