HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Bostock House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Bostock House
Why? It's great to be all together with the other Eramsus students in one building, all though sometimes the lack of basic facilities can be hard.
Personal comments:
The warden isn't the nicest person, and sometimes the other inhabitants of the building can be a pain in the neck. If you manage to keep your head cool (and don't start thinking you live in the Big Brother house) you'll be fine. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

STUDENT LIFE
Personal social experience
Describe host city: Students equally interact with the local and student community
Nightlife: Takes place mostly outside the university/student environment Activities, Travel: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment Personal comments:
Best pubs: Robinsons, try the Oddysea with a lot of clubs. If you go to Dublin for Saint Patricks, try to get on one of the buses that go specially. They aren't too expensive but you get back in Belfast by 22 o'clock, still some to time to party in eg the Student's Union This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: English
Was learning English a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my English How much did you improve your English?
My level before: At ease in most situations My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang) Personal comments:
At first, even for students of English, the language is really difficult, but after a little while you get used to it and you pick it up very easily. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

OVERALL
Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
The Irish really take their time to organise something, sometimes that really bothered me. In my opinion:
Most people loved it.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
It's great fun but I didn't really learn a lot about teaching... FINAL COMMENTS
It's great to be in Bostock and when you get home, you really have the 'Bostock blues'. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
