It is an Economic issue. Bolivia is very cheap. I would say that I spend 10% of what I spend here. The difference is that I receive a better products and services with the 10% that I spent in Bolivia.

The telecommunication market in Spain is an oligopoly; they can maintain the prices at a high level :( Housing is Madrid is always expensive, overall when you want to live in the city!
