To learn the spanish language is not so difficult for an italian native speaker. Anyway, there are some difficulties and you need to work hard if you want to refine the spanish language!

Renting: Madrid is much bigger and important than the city where I come from; Travel: I travelled a lot during the erasmus project, and trains and bus are more expensive than Italy;
Travel, Overall, Housing: was more expensive than at home.

Yes, the international economic crisis: Spain was (is) really affected by it and when i finished my erasmus projecti couldn't find an occupation there in Madrid.
