You should travel, if you have the time. It is the best time to see a lot of this beautiful country. And Spain is not so expensive to travel. Other things are, that it is good to take cosmetic from home and not to buy it in Spain- very expensive. If you have problems with your stomache, take care and not drink the water there. Although is ok, but not to drink. Read Review

Was learning Spanish a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my Spanish
How much did you improve your Spanish?
My level before: Everyday knowledge (shopping, directions, etc.)
My level after: At ease in most situations
Personal comments:
First it was hard to understand the teachers and the people from the ofice of the university. But you can go in the language, if you speak everyday in spanish and not in english with other Erasmus. And my advantage were my flatmates. Both only spoke spanish.

Yes. You should have a bank- account with Deutsche Bank to save the transfer fees you pay, if you withdraw money from a spanish bank. It's better to use internet, then the phone to call. FOr example: Skype
