If returning, I would choose: university residance
Why? Because you have chance to be with new people from different countries and this option of accomodation is cheaper, also you have facilities
Personal comments:
I think it is pretty good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Cost is not too expensive and also you have cleaning ladies. So it is pretty comfortable to stay at university's residance.

Best cafe: Passos Manuel also it has a cinema that shows really cool movies. One of the best places rberia don't miss the chance to drink portwine in riberia.
