Why? Because it would allow me to live closer do the center of the city

If you can get a place at the residence go for it because it's all new and very cheap. The only problem being the location and Rome's public tranports

as i worked part time there, i'd have to recommend the druids den.. also loved trastevere area.. lots of cool bars and restaurants. piazza navona was cool too.

Mainly because its more expensive Rome than Madrid, so unless you eat less it will cost you more
Food, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone: was more expensive than at home.
Travel, Housing: was the same price as at home.
Personal comments:
Try to pay as much as you can with the credit card because you dont pay for doing it wile you do for taking mony
