Bars. Pavia had good bars where we would go by night or doing "l'apperitivo": Safarį, Broadway, Porta Nuova... and the open air discos like Molino della Frega. very good!

ITALIANS TALK A LOT SO TRY TO LISTEN TO THEM AND PARTICIPATE IN CONVERSATIONS EVEN IF THEY ARE TIGES ITALIANAS AND YOU DON T LIKE THEIR FACES SOMETIMES...

The prices in Italy are way bigger than in Portugal! Besides I had expenses there I don't have at home like accomodation and international calls.
Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home.

None. I knew I would spend more in Italy.

It is a very familiar and old university with very nice and competent teachers.Only the access to internet was a bit difficult and maybe some formal things



FINAL COMMENTS

If somebody love Italy, he should go to a town like Pavia! It is not so big(100.000)but near to Milan.I had immediately contact to a lot of italian people who helped me to find the best way to a fast integration
