Why? No flatmate and many foreign neighbours: a really good mix!
Personal comments:
Most German students live on the campus because they spend much time studying. The German students who live at Bussardweg are more open-minded

German students don't know how to speak clearly and slowly when they're talking to a foreigner who has just arrived: you should improve your comprehension really fast!
