Why? The location of the house could be near my work place, i think it's would be easier for me.
Personal comments:
The housing on the campus are clean, and have a lot of facilities (wasching machine) and it's good for erasmus to share a living with native people.

i think the best way to learn a foreign language it's to make a trip abroad. in the university of stuttgart, it's easy to speak with the teatcher but not so easy to meet native people...
