Why? you have the possibility to live together with people from other countries and an appartement is often nicer than a room on campus.in france, the rent that students have to pay is supported by the state, they pay you half the price of the rent.so almost everyone can afford it.

According to my opinion, it is a great experience to party with your friends. This way I have learned more about people with which I have worked, studied and lived. We have shared some moments together which I will never forget in my life. Some of us god married, other continue to impove his/her education, job experience, find great companies and people to work with. Alsoo, there is a possibility for new friendships and other relationships. In conclusion Caen may be a good place for studies since one may learn new language and become an important working element in the society. It is an ideal place to start the professional career and later continue in some western country. One may have very nice night experiences while having good and stable background.

Personal comments:
I would like to interact more with the Spanish comunity at the universtiy. Surely, there very good students coming from this country, still I would like to be have more opportunities- more Spanish students coming there in order to get to know each other better

Personal spending habits:
I spent more on telephone access because I had to buy phone cards every week when at home I use my cell phone, housing was paid in my program fee as was food.

Telephone: was more expensive than at home.

Travel, Nightlife, Overall: was the same price as at home.

Food, Housing: was less expensive than at home.

I wish I had known...
I wish I had know which people to meet and where to save my time. I wish had chosen the best enterprise in the town and to find my frined there. I wish I had know what to do to succeed even more than I did. I wish I had power to refuse certain possibilities that were waisting my energy that I could have devoted to studies, work and being with others.

In my opinion:
Most people loved it.
