HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? no music all night long...
Personal comments:
Very different approach to science to the one I am used to (in comparison to my home university in Germany). Sometimes i had/have the impression to study philosophie more than psychology. Anyway, it is still an experience and I did never regret to come here. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: French
Was learning French a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my French How much did you improve your French?
My level before: Everyday knowledge (shopping, directions, etc.) My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang) Personal comments:
There were some courses were I did not understand a single word because thy referred to lots of books, texts and authors I had never treated before. It took me 2 month to get into it. People always gave me "positive feedback" concerning my language level, I never felt in any way ashamed when talking with my german accent.
