Description:
The University of Haute Alsace (UHA) is located near Switzerland and Germany, on two campuses, in Mulhouse and in Colmar. It was created in 1977 and currently offers more than a hundred qualifications in Arts & Languages, Humanities, Science&Technology, Law, Economics, and Management.

It is known for its polyvalency, its synergy with local and national companies, its open-mindedness and its will to offer students more than just education.

I was disapponted when I fisrt arrived as it is very basic and not like student accomodation at home, but it soon becomes home.

Course recommendations:
The intensive French course is brilliant, it covers all aspect of the language. Other classes were ok, but not really what I hoped for.

I spent less on absolutely everything. Drinks can be expensive, but buying drink in the supermarket is very cheap.
Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was less expensive than at home.

Find out about deals for train travel, group tickets and reduction cards can often make it VERY cheap.
