downtown Nantes, especially Bouffay, there are a lot of cafés, creperies, and Hangar ŕ Bananes, full of clubs and discos

Life is more expensive in France especially going out - accommodation however is cheaper
Food, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone: was more expensive than at home.
Travel: was the same price as at home.
Housing: was less expensive than at home.
Personal comments:
Paying to open bank account. Choose Caisse d'Epargne - they don't charge. Drink wine (v.cheap) before you go out as drinks are VERY expensive in bars. Don't eat or drink in bars/cafes in Commerce - these are more expensive than the Quartier Bouffay.

Personal recommendation:
I like my institution.The hard and soft environment are very good. The professors are very competent, the libraries, the computer rooms, the educational equipments are well furnished. The students are kind. It's easy to buy the living things.



FINAL COMMENTS

Participate the activities organised by the university, normally, they are very interesting. Travel with the other students is more economical and interesting.
