Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: With a family
Why? The atmosphere in the halls is not very friendly and foreign students are generally not included in friendship groups with natives. Facilities are spartan at best and a family atmosphere would have been more conducive to language improvement.

I was not impressed - british students beware this is not what you are used to!

FINAL COMMENTS

Participate in the activities organised by the university, normally they are very interesting. To be open-minded, observe the different behaviours, respect the cultural differencies, make many friends.
