HOUSING
by Thomas, Institut Catholique des Arts et Métiers de Lille, Lille, France
Engineering, Mechanical, Erasmus
Personal assessment
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? An accomodation on campus is really good to meet people, when you don't know anyone. But now, I don't fear to live alone in Italy : I think that I am able to meet people without "this help".
Personal comments:
It was very nice, the building was new and my neighbours were Erasmus. Maybe it would have been better to mix Erasmus with italian people. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

OVERALL
by Julia, Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, Vienna, Austria

Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
I think I had quite a lot of informations before going and apart from some small surprises nothing actually "shocked" me. In my opinion:
Most people loved it.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
If you expect a great university community (or Erasmus network) that organises a lot than Trieste is not gonna satisfy your expectations. But still there is a lot of unofficial organisation among students. FINAL COMMENTS
If you come with a car you can really enjoy the area! And profit form a beautiful landscape that offers this corner of Italy! Don't be disappointed when Trieste apears to you at the first sight too small and without happenings ... just ask around and you will get around! There are e.g. often a lot of concerts organised in the area... This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
