HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? you share your flat with spanish people or with other foreign student. It is very interesting and funny.
Personal comments:
I shared a flat with two other people near the sea, with two swimming pools and a tennis space, for only 200€!!! It was perfect! But a bit far away from my university. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

STUDENT LIFE
Personal social experience
Describe host city: Student life dominates the city
Activities, Nightlife, Travel: Takes place both within and outside of the university/student environment Personal comments:
Any bar in "el Barrio" because each one has its specificity. After 3am, the same for the bars on the port. A good sport club is the QUO. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: Spanish
Was learning Spanish a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my Spanish How much did you improve your Spanish?
My level before: At ease in most situations My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang) Personal comments:
I already had good skills in Spanish before going to Spain, so I haven't learnt a lot of vocabulary, but it helped me to become much more fluent. An other point is the second local language (el valenciano), but everything was translated into the 2 languages. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

EXPENSES
The accessibility of student needs
Main source of funding:
An ERASMUS grant Other sources of funding:
Family Personal savings Work opportunities:
I didn't explore any work options Personal spending habits:
Spanish housing prices are inferior to French ones. I spent less in food to save money. I enjoyed my travel at the maximum so I spent a lot in telephone, nightlife and tavels. Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone: was more expensive than at home. Food, Housing: was less expensive than at home.
