If you take classes in the Univerosty, then I strongly recommend it because it is beautiful and you will learn a lot. But remember that it is very big so it does not have any type of campus feel.

The university has a good choice of courses on offer. But ensure that you learn as much of the language as possible before departing.

Don't forget to attend the Castellano courses for ERASMUS students at the UB! They only cost appr. 40€ for 36h of classes instead of 400€ as the regular price. It's good quality, usually good fun and a perfect opportunity to get to know other European exchange students.

I really can recommand this university to study abroad. The only thing which is negative in my opinion are the computers (really bad) and the Catalan language.

Winter semester doesn't have a lot of student activities (parties, day trips,..) like the spring one(feb-june).The campus of facultats economiques is nice, but central campus is prettier, it's worth visiting it.
