If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? Because it's much easier to find people to spend time with. this is the main goal of each erasmus student.
Personal comments:
Dutch are serious and reliable. Everything has a cost, so if you decide to live there alone, becauseyou need your space or simply because you don't want to share your privacy with someone else, then it becomes expensive. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
