Type of housing: A room exchange

If returning, I would choose: A room exchange
Why? It was a great experience living with native people.
Personal comments:
Personally I was really lucky about acomodation getting a nice place to stay, near university and relative cheap as well. The negative thing was that I didn't apply for accomodation before leaving, and once there I had to wait for a month until get any accomodation.

Make sure to travel a lot, as much as possible! Visit Tivoli for dancing and like most international students, you'll spend a lot of time at Mick O'Connells.

Personal comments:
I was forced to speak otherwise other people couldn't get the meaning of my thoughts!! As I knew many foreign people I've tried to "exploit" them, I tried to be a sponge, to learn all the words they used. I could speak French, Spanish and English with native speakers, it was great, laso for my prononciation!!

FINAL COMMENTS

If you don't mind the rain, the Netherlands has a lot to offer for studies. Utrecht is a miniature version of Amsterdam and is a great place to go for studying. Amsterdam is only half an hour away if you are in need of bigger cultural events.
