If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? It was confortable to live and share the apartamente with only one person.

Every thing are more expensive in The Netherlands than in Spain. And also, you usually spend more money when you are not living at home. Food, Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home.
