If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? I had problems to find a flat on the campus but finally it was great! i shared it with 6 other girls, as a student accomodation with a better localisation!

i was not housed by the university but i know it was pretty small and expensive there

aberdeen is a nice city, a lot of pubs ( go to belmont street and the green aberdeen) , i loved the ma camerons (a lot of french people there)and the café 52.

i did not phone a lot, using skype...food is very expensive and not so good..butwell not so bad
