Life is expensive in Bath, specially accomodation. I spent more in travel since I wanted to discover a lot of British cities. Travel, Overall, Telephone, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Food, Nightlife: was the same price as at home.

The local supermarket (Sainsbury's) was the biggest and the cheapest in town ; however quality food is more expensive than in the french supermarkets ! You can find great quality food at Waitrose too. Food, Housing: was more expensive than at home. Travel, Nightlife, Overall, Telephone: was the same price as at home.
