HOUSING

Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - My choice
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? Living at University's accommodation, you dont need to pay bond, deposit etc and not to worry about having a bad landlord/ poor house.
Personal comments:
The housing is quite good, but some international students may not be able to fined a place at University's accommodation if they apply late. Living in Bristol is expensive compared to other cities in the UK. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: English
Was learning English a key decision factor?
No, it wasn't. Personal comments:
My English is a lot better than before. The language of the country and university are the same, what gave me the chance to concentrate on it. At the beginning it is really hard to get into the texts, if your english is as bad as mine at the beginning, but the teachers normally accept that and are considerate. Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...

Everybody loved it, you will too!
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
Its a good university because the teachers are amazing, the courses are great, you can feel you are learning so much, the methodology is different. Bristol university is so important in the law area. FINAL COMMENTS
My personal advice is: please study english before to go England. if you do this you will learn much more than if you don't know anything. Of course if you speak english it will be easier the first weeks. try to travel as much as you can because you are not going to be abroad all your life, so take advance of this year.
