HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? All sorts of problems with facilities. Toilets that didn't work, bills that were past tenents. Need Uni protection. Had none
Personal comments:
As an international student you are treated in the worst way by the community. I was paying so much for a flat without the basics. I mean no running water. and 500 pounds a month. But I hear uni housing isn't much better. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

STUDENT LIFE

Describe host city: Students equally interact with the local and student community
Activities, Nightlife, Travel: Takes place mostly outside the university/student environment Personal comments:
Headingly Starbucks. Really nice people. And Opposit cafe. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

ACADEMIC
My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
Stay away from social sciences, development students, disability studies, sociology, social policy all of it aweful at Leeds!
My opinion of the university assessment
Personal comments:
No one cares about you. No help or guidence at all. If you are international it doesn't matter. You need to write a British paper and no one is going to tell you how to do that even if it would be simple for them to do so. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

OVERALL
Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
I wish I had known my uni didn't care about my welfare, that I would not be listened to as an international student, that my course was rubbish, and that Leeds is a racist city. In my opinion:
Stay home.
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
I highly recommend aginst it! FINAL COMMENTS
Please don't come here. I hear that there are many good uni's in the Uk. Leeds isn't one of them. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
