Why? Good facilities, convenience.
Personal comments:
Housing at UM was quite expensive, but convenient, safe, clean. Moreover it is the best solution to make new friends.

I wish I had known...
The TOEFL exam is given a week after introduction week, which is already too late to enroll for popular courses. By the time the TOEFL results are know these classes are already full
