Why? Its close to the University you have the advantage of sharing common places with different people so you can lear from different culture.

Even that I had learn english for many years in my home country it improves considerably cause I needed to practice everyday with people of different nationalities, so its difficult to speak it in my home country.

Academic system I wished to know before cause it was different from my home university, so I had to learn a new system of learning, teaching and study.
