If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? More comfortable and more clean.
Personal comments:
You can end up in a very trashy and dirty place. It seems the student housing association does not check and maintain basic standards of their flats and rooms, especially in terms of basic hygiene. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

That internationality of the university is announcent on their webpages, but not that common when you are at the university. Foreign students are not really taking care of. In my opinion:
