Why? I am an independent person who sometimes enjoy my privacy and the fact that I can work both at home and at my office.

Very high quality instruction and a glimpse of the rich local academic culture. FINAL COMMENTS
Philadelphia is a great city. At times students at UPenn tend to stick to the campus facilities, but it is worth to get accustomed to the city and take advantage of its many attraction: Philadelphia Museum of Art with an amazing collection, 5th street, the Church on 22nd and Locust is a nice venue for concerts, West Philly is a charming neighbourhood going through a gentrification process right next to the campus, as well as Camden - the city across the bridge in NJ (not very prosperous but definitely interesting).
