HOUSING
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Independently - I had no other choice
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? I liked very much to live in a private accomodation with other foreign students. The halls of residence were not very nice either.
Personal comments:
It was pretty hard to find an accomodation and university of Southampton didn't really help us to find an accomodation. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

All courses I attended were pretty easy. The best one was "Project Management".

It should be possible for Erasmus students to attend postgraduate courses, because the undergraduate courses were too easy. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

OVERALL
Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
It would have been an advantage to know more about accomodation before going to Southampton. In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
The social life is great! FINAL COMMENTS
If you travel a lot you should buy a travel card. Travelling without it is very expensive. Travelling by bus is cheaper than by train but also very slow. If you want to meet local people you should join a society at the university. Thre are many different societies so you will find something interesting for sure!
