HOUSING
by Ben, University of Reading, Reading, United Kingdom
Law, International, Erasmus
Personal assessment
Type of housing: Apartment/House
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: Apartment/House
Why? Plenty of space.
Personal comments:
It varies quite widely. There are student accomodation sites spread around town. I would recommend Kantorsgatan because it is located closer to the centre of town, although the parties are at Flogsta. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: Swedish
Was learning Swedish a key decision factor?
Yes, I wanted to improve my Swedish How much did you improve your Swedish?
My level before: No problems in any areas (including slang) My level after: No problems in any areas (including slang) Personal comments:
I lived with a host family for a year when I was 16 and I learned Swedish through that experience. It is difficult for English speaking exchange students to learn Swedish since all the Swedes speak English, but there are Swedish courses available.
