Personal recommendation:
vaxjo university is exchange students oriented, they have many courses in english, and there is a large community of exchange students. FINAL COMMENTS
Life in vaxjo is pretty simple, it is not a big city, so maybe you will not find what you can find in stockolm or malmo. Anyway i think i had a good time there because being a little towns helps in knowing people around you and find very very good friends from all over the world.
