HOUSING
by Lucia, LUISS, Rome, Italy
Management Science, Erasmus
Personal assessment
Type of housing: On campus
Arranged by: Home university
If returning, I would choose: On campus
Why? I think this is the best choise in order to meet a lot of people and to appreciate different ways of living of thinking...
Personal comments:
The accomodation was in general good:the college was near to the university thanks to the underground. The organisation was complex but efficient. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

ACADEMIC
by Youri, Université Louis Pasteur Strasbourg, Strasbourg, France
Economics, Erasmus
My academic experiences
Course recommendations:
There is a system of "BLock" which consists in very long days during one week and then an exam at the end. It could be interesting for the people who want to do all very quickly and who support intensive program !
My opinion of the university assessment

Language difficulties
Language of instruction: German
Was learning German a key decision factor?
No, it wasn't. Personal comments:
Vienna as German-speaking city offers wide chances to practice your German but also English with the international students from almost every country in the world. However, this makes the speaking German rather hard since majority of the exchange students are not able to speak German. As a result, it depends on your own motivation to contact with locals to improve your German skills. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself

OVERALL
by Gary, Dublin City University, Dublin, Ireland
Business Studies, Erasmus
Important to choosing this university...
I wish I had known...
There are no sports clubs to join within the university. In my opinion:
Everybody loved it, you will too!
During my experience abroad, I ...
Personal recommendation:
Definitely go as it has a very good name within both Austria and Europe and the night life is excellent. FINAL COMMENTS
Go to Krakow in Poland, skiing in Innsbruck, Interlaken in Switzerland, Prague in Czech Republic, Croatia and the Oktoberfeat in Munich, Germany. Get a VorteilsKarte(half price train tickets). Travel out to the Vienna outskirts as they are lovely. This review is the opinion of an iAgora member, and not of iAgora itself
