Green & Away is an educational charity, operating Europe’s only outdoor conference centre – a venue held entirely under canvas. Our aim is to educate people about ways to live more sustainably by attending an event at our centre and experiencing living more sustainably at first hand.  Our lighting and most of our power is generated from solar panels, we have wood fired showers, solar hot water for washing up, compost toilets and recycled kit.  We serve organic or local food, all cooked from raw ingredients in our kitchen.  Our centre can accommodate events from 10 to 140 people and is entirely volunteer run and led. We all live on site throughout the summer period and the interns will do so too. We build our centre every summer in a beautiful Worcestershire field and will host a series of events in 2015, each lasting between an evening and four days.
