After having read your ad in Arbetsförmedlingens platsbank and after a conversation with your staff manager Maria Svensson February 17 2000 I would hereby like to apply as an applicant for the position as STAFF MANAGER. My name is Karin Larsson, I am 44 years old and am working as a staff manager at Bult AB. Before that I worked at AB Spik as a staff manager for 4 years.

What appeals to me in your ad and also makes me think that I am the right candidate for you is that the position as you describe it is a perfect combination of my previous work experiences. At AB Spik I worked in a consultative role towards superiors and coworkers within the company but also towards our affiliates. At Bult AB I have worked a lot with competence development but not as much with the consultative staff manager role, something that I have missed.

As a person I am secure and calm. I have an analytical and open disposition, which makes it easy for me to have contact with people. My work is very goal oriented. If I have made up my mind to go through with something, I do it, if no one convinces me that I'm wrong. What also makes me think that I am the right person for you, is that I am knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and full of initiative as well as the fact that I am a very good team worker
