Since the amount of time given was only half a year, there was no need to learn Danish, if it would have been more I would definitely have learned the local language

Borrow books at you're own library at home, take them with you. They will be overtime sure, but the fine is far less than buying books in Denmark. Don't go out, saves great money (not recommendable though

Final comments
Try to break free from organized activities, although sometimes its fun, you wont see Denmark this way, and prevents you from meeting Danish people. Really work on spending time with locals, makes you see a different Denmark

Course recommendations
Haven't seen it on the program anymore but an excellent course was APIM, advanced program in international management, where three course were combined in one (finance, marketing and strategy) one of the only courses ever where different fields related and interacted. A point which is missed in most courses (all!)
