The University could have helped more in housing services. The situation has changed this year, as there are two new residences near the university campus that are prety good. Last year there were not such student residences, and housing was based in looking for houses near the University. The houses in dublin are quite old and many facilities. The University residence is only able to accomodate 30% of the students, so the new residences have been very handy, also to lower prices, as housing prices in Dublin are quite high.

well, once i moved into the house to share with 7 girls it was nice as there was always something going on. but on the other hand it was quite dirty and i had to share to room as well. DCU als offered on campus room, but as the campus is really far from city center this is not so interresting.

Housing in the university is quite good, clean, well organised, but the problem is that after midnight only people that live on the campus can enter the accomodations. that is not an advantage for student social life.

Because the appartments were students residence off campus, and comparing with other people's experience this, I think, was the best.

Residence on campus is great, but it´s quite expensive (around 500 euros per month). They also have some strange rules I couldnt bear.
